Hi - I have a 1979 Lund 14' boat I am re-doing the front deck the previous owner had installed, but I also want to put a trolling motor and battery up front. The bow plate is all done (and not bad if I do say so myself), but I want to put a battery on the floor of the boat as far forward as I can. Looking for suggestions on how to mount either a battery box or tray in that part of the boat, without having to create a whole framework to make a flat space in an angled area. Thanks in advance!

you are going to have to make a triangular shelf to mount the battery trays
