Suggestions/recomendations for Mechanic in Dallas

I have a friend in Dallas that wants to know of a good repairman or shop in Dallas to take his '94 Johnson into for work.

Anyone have a good suggestion?

best way to find a good one, hang out at the boat ramp. talk to people, they are glad to tell you who screwed them, and who is good.

Are you looking in Dallas, or the DFW area? I know a really good mechanic, but he is in a town just south of Ft. Worth.

Probably a little too far. I'm in the Plano area. I was thinking of Plano Marine. I think they are an advertiser here. I see there adds everywhere.
