okay so I am the proud new owner of a 28’ Cargile Cutter project. The good side is I know I can restore this as I’m quite handy in that way. The bad I know I know next to zip about these boats. I’ve found threads regarding replacement plywood so I think I’m good there. My main question is is there a good source for manuals, wiring, how to put this big girl back together? I read that a lot of manuals are more advert then helpful. Also the boat is pretty much tore apart by previous owner. Has a lot of holes for exhaust/intake, lights etc but not sure what goes where. I apologize in advance if this stuff is covered already as I’m still learning to navigate through the forum topics.

motors and drives have manuals, boats generally do not

spend a lot of time reading the link threads in the sticky post at the top of the forum. specifically link 14. watch all the vids it will take you 2 days to go thru that link alone. then move on to link 18, 2, 3, 4a, and 4b

I have a whopping $300 in it. Trailer is worth at least 1k. Wouldn’t say I’m a basket case just thirst for knowledge.

Yes pics coming in a day or two. I just wish I was the one that tore it apart. This build my have me reverting back to my Navy days, moms cover your kids ears
