Suzuki 115HP OB - 2004 running rough

I have a Suzuki 115HP OB, 4 cycle, 2004 that started running rough. Starts OK and has intermittant miss. Kicks in at higher RPM and then misses at lower. My first thought is to change the plugs. Does this make sense and is it simple to do? I haven't even taken the cover off yet. Appreciate any suggestions. I use Stabil but only use the motor maybe 4 times per month. Wonder if fuel could be bad - get it from a marina.

Cancel question. I changed the plugs and the motor is running fine.
