suzuki 140 need help

hi everyone <br />motor is 1986 suzuki 140 dt. put a new water and bearing housing that goes under the water pump.<br />motor ran great before this parts went on<br /> then started the motor ran 20 sec then would only cough after cranking it 10 sec .<br />so drained the carbs. checked spark on all 4 cyl <br />was good .compression was 125- 123- 125- 124<br />checked the cdi wires leadind to the coils <br />number 1 read o volts book says 125 -- 2 read 120--3 read 105 -- and four was also zero .but have spark on one and four does this sound right<br />need the experts on this thanks everyone on this site for there time you guys are great
