Suzuki 140 Outboard Tilt and Trim

I just pulled my boat out of storage for the winter. The tilt and trim pump runs by I can't get the plungers to move. Not sure if they get stuck or whether the hydralic fluid is low, or whether it could be something else. I have never had to add fluid, not sure how to do.<br />Would appreciate advise.<br />Thanks

will they extend at all? you may try loosening then retightening the manual valve. and to check the fluid open the resevoir with the trim rams up and the motor at full tilt

They will not move at all. I stored the boat with the trim almost all the way down.

well to check the fluid level you will have to release the manual valve and pull the motor up manually then while holding it up close the valve.<br /> good luck and keep posting. if its low you have a leak
