Tilt motor runs both ways but only has good pressure in the going down mode. A little pressure in the up mode. Have to manually assist to bring the motor up. Swapped feed lines over and bad pressure changes to the going down mode. Lots of pressure in the up. Cylinder therefore is ok.
Does anyone have information regarding the tear down of the pump.

Solved the problem.
One of the two tiny seals in the manual relief valve was missing.
Tiny fingers had been at work prior to my ownership.
Didn't spot it untill I took another similar pump apart.
The drawings on Brownspoint are crap and the Seloc doesn't even show the valve.
Got to get a better manual I suppose.
