Suzuki 225DT cuts out and alarms

I have a Chris Craft Scorpion with 2 225DT's one runs fine. The other started acting funny with a temp alarm. I replaced the water pump and then the temp. sensor and still have the problem. I tried a different computer and still have the problem. I replaced the key switch to no avail. Does anyone know why the motor starts up and runs fine then the warning lights come on. This is not a constant on, they (alarms) come on and stay on for about 20-30 seconds then cut off and the motor runs fine for a couple of minutes. This happens at 1000 up to 5300rpm. The over rev limiter does not engage, the engine simply looses all power and the tach drops to 0. Any help please.
