Suzuki 2hp no spark

after a drowning the engine (older 2hp suzuki) has lost it's spark. How can I remove the fly wheel. Have tried a puller but no go. There was a spark after the big clean out but it soon died. What needs attention and how to get inside that illusive flywheel?
