Suzuki 4HP No Water Flow

I have a '89 Suzuki DT4 2-stroke. Not getting any water flow from the motor. Cranks and runs fine, idles well but no water flow. Previous owner replaced the impeller last week. Any suggestions anybody? Would appreciate.

Try wiggling a thin wire in the pee-hole while the motor is running, sometimes something gets stuck in there and it's a easy fix ....
