Hi, I have the small fuel/water seperator with the plastic bowl on the bottom, and want to change the filter. Do I twist off the filter form the housing, with the bowl attached, then remove the bowl and spin it on the new filter, fill with gas then spin back on the housing? Any suggestions would be welcomed. Its mounted on my Maritime Skiff 18.5, under the center console and easy to access.
