We bought a new 90 suzuki 4 stroke last fall for a commercial application and the crank failed after 13 hours. Suzuki would not change out the power head instead they had our dealer patch it upwith parts. It ran for 17 hours and the crank failed again.Suzuki again said they had no engines to replace this motor so they had our dealer patch it up again. Our dealer has been great providing a spare motor of his own to keep us working so my question is this motor no good.

Re: suzuki cranks

The crank shaft I guess....................................... go to your consumer affairs as that is nonsense not having a replacement motor . After 2 serious failures like that
