suzuki df 140 2005 on a glass catamaran

does anyone know what top speed should be with twin df 140's on a glass catamaran that weighs about 4400 lbs. i'm only getting about 28 knots at 4800 rpm. would it be my prop pitch. wot i can't even get up to 5500 rpm. and does any know how much gallons per hour i should be burning with these motors.

Those engines are overpropped - the next size down pitch should be just right.
