Suzuki df50 prop size

Ive got an Alumacraft 17.5' x 48" with a Suzuki df50, the current prop i have on it is a 13 pitch. The boat runs about 31 mph at w.o.t. It is at the top of the rpm range. Im wanting to get a spare anyway so was wondering if I should get a 14 or 15. Would like to have a little higher top speed and lower rpm at w.o.t. what would y'all recommend? Thanks

Using a 10% slip(typical), it looks like you're turning a little over 6200 rpm now.

With a range of 5300-6300 rpm, you could go to a 15 pitch and reduce the rpm by 300-400 rpm and gain some top speed, at the expense of hole shot and load carrying ability.

If you normally run lightly loaded, it might be a reasonable move.

Thanks for the response, thats what I was thinking also just wanted another opinion. Not worried about low end, usually just cruising up the river. If I need to poll the kids on the tube I'll just put the 13" on. Thanks

What about running a cupped prop? Any benifits to running a 13 or 14 cupped instead of a 15 uncupped?
