Can anyone tell me in some detail how to adjust the high end RPM on this motor. I bought a new pontoon and the rpm is only getting to 5100 rpm. The manual states max operating range of 5800-6500. Seems like the throttle is short range with a big empty gap at the start of the forward motion. I know it is propbably not difficult just do not want to screw things up. Thanks for any help
