suzuki dt 50 carborater linkage adjustments

it wont idle just running to fast in neuatral all the linkage were loose so its the adjustment there
also need help to pull of the steering cable its seized any one got a diagram of a push and pull cable set up at the steering wheel im not sure what to undo there
