Suzuki DT 6 - 6 horse outboard cooling system

no cooling water exiting from outlethole - inlet holes not plugged withb debris, outlet hole does exhaust air but no ater<br /><br />How do I repair/clean out cooling system?

Sounds as though you lost your water pump. <br /><br />Get an overhaul kit from your dealer or online (Brown's Point Marina (http://store.brownspoint.com/) has a pretty complete parts listing along with an online IPB for part number identification).<br /><br />The heart of the kit is really the impellor, but once you take things apart, make sure you use the fresh gaskets provided.<br /><br />Then, if you wish you do this yourself, get a service manual. I prefer the manufacturer's, but the after market versions are good, too.
