Suzuki dt 60 outboard

Can anyone help I have taken the cylidar head off to replace the gasket but can't find anywhere the torque settings for tightening it back up.
the outboard is approx. 25 years old:

29-31#. Stay on the low side and stop if the bolt feels spongy. Re-tap the holes, replace the bolts. The 60 was made in 83-84.

Whoops! Forgot to add that the 4(?) small bolts go to 8#.
