I have a 1993 DT150 that is loosing all it's power. I noticed a large amount of gas entering the inlet of the throttle body via the hose from the vapor separator. Took separator apart and cleaned..and it solved the problem for a little while. I've ordered new float and valve seat assy. Anything you know of that would cause the separator to flood?
