suzuki dt75 any water trapped in engine?

I'm getting ready to put my boat away. I have fogged motor, checked lower end for water fine, i resealed lower end 2 months ago.ran carbs dry. is there a chance of any water trapped in the motor.Any thing else I should do before covering with fitted boat cover and storing outside in Chicago area.
