Hello

Tonight a buddy gave me a suzuki outboard its a 55 hp oil injected he guessed mid 1980s I love too tinker on stuff and have been looking to replace my water craft with a boat and out board he said it i can get working will let me have it he had about a 1000 dollars woth of work done said it would idle all day but when he put into gear would die so he never went back at it and has been sitting for a few years while which someone tried to steal and cut all her control wires as well as pos and neg from battery, key is missing so I am wondering can you get one at a dealer once I have in 1 piece I will be sure and have lots more questions as i try and get running

hey

I got a hold of the dealer he says will take one of 6 keys and had no way of knowing so I boxed up controls and sent too him, he called mine is number 105 so hopefully I will have them back tommorow and will try and get running be prepared for lots more questions

get yourself a manual for it while you are at it. That will save you a lot of time and money in the long run
