I have 85 HP 3 cyl Suzuki with oil injection. At first, when I opened it up, I would get a slow "beep-beep" out of the oil level gauge that would only stop if I shut down and restarted. Now, at anything past 1/2 throttle I get a fast "chirping" sound that stops as soon as I slow down, without shutting down. Any ideas?

I do have a moniter gauge-three green lights-I add oil whenever the top goes out, so it is never less than 2/3 full. However, I have never done any maintenance on tank or oil filter-what kind of maintenance on tank? And I did not even know it had an oil filter-where is it? Is it "cleanable" or do I have to buy a replacement from a dealer? Thanks for all your help!!!

hello
in the line between the tank and the pump is a sensor. that sensor also has a screen. technically yes its cleanable. I usually replace them.
good luck and tighten up on the maint schedule :) :)
