Swapping carbed 350 for EFI 2005 6.0l Chevy truck/van engine?

I'm sure someone has already done this, does anyone happen to have a link to a thread/article somewhere that has a complete list of what needs to be done? I can get everything I need parts wise from the donor truck, but what parts will I need to adapt it for marine use? Obviously I'll need manifolds of some kind... An adapter to mate it up with a merc drive? What would be the best merc drive to mate up to this? I'm guessing it'll be 300-340hp or so.

I really like the idea of the added power and the reliability of EFI.

Anyway, any thoughts/advice would be appreciated!
