swapping vro for 88 fuelpump

i'm getting rid of the vro pump on my 1990 v4<br />i'm going to instal a 88 fuelpump assembly.<br />my question is how do i plug the vacuum/pulseline from the intake/crankcase so no leaks will develop.<br /><br />the pump i'm going to install will fit on my block when i take the screw out that is on the intake manifold.<br />do i have to use gasketsealer on the pump gasket?<br /><br />thanks reeldutch

hello<br /> on the pulse fitting. I think the screw ya take out will plug it. if not use a 1/8ths pipe plug. <br /> use some loctite or gel seal on the plug. no gasket sealer is nessary nor recommended for the pump mounting gasket.

thanks rodbolt.<br /><br />i have to buy a new t i broke off the nipple to the primer.<br />i didnt even put much pressure on it it just snapped of.<br /><br />reeldutch

the fuelpump has a filter in the pumphousing is it smart to keep using the white inline fuelfilter or will this put to much strain on the fuelsystem.<br /><br />wat i'm planning to do is<br />waterfuelfilter - inline filter - 88 fuelpump<br /><br />is that to much??????????
