I have 2 motors, 1 1986 V4 120hp Evenrude 25" shaft<br />and the 2nd is a 1992 Johnson V4 120hp 120hp 20" shaft.<br /><br />The rude power head died!! The Johnson is in perfect shape!! <br /><br />Is it a hard job to switch the 20" shaft for the 25" shaft from the rude??<br /><br />Can I just change the lower units?? is it that easy or is there something else I would have to do??<br /><br />Thanks guys again!!
