Switching trailers a good idea?

I'm getting rid of a 69 laron 16 foot trihull at the dump. However, it has a much nicer trailer than the one coming with the hull I'm replacing it with (17 foot sunbird corsair 1993) as the one with the larson is galvanized and has rollers instead of bunks.

The guy selling me the corsair has a few boats and thinks that the larson's trailer would fit the corsair perfectly. Is there anything that I need to know before switching it over?

The rollers would have to be in the right place to support the new boat correctly

If the transom was to far from the last roller the hull can warp over time ,ect

You would have to be able to adjust the boat forward or backward on the trailer to get the correct tongue weight

get rid of the old boat, bring the trailer home, and break all the adjusting bolts loose. take the trailer to the ramp, go home get boat, launch, swap trailers, pull up out of the way, and adjust trailer. floor jack can be a help to push rollers up.
