ive got an '89 yamaha 200 (200 etxf) and my swivel bracket was rusted horribly. When i made a sharp turn in my boat and tried to cut it back the swivel bracket broke. Ive seen the damage of the part $$$ But what is the damage off replacing it? Do i have to take the whole motor off in order to get to the bolts under the bottom cowl? I understand a professional doing it but could this be a job for a do it yourselfer? thanks SeaOx20 Out
