SX-M U-joint assembly install, easy or hard?

I searched high and low about removing and replacing the entire driveshaft assembly and don't see much.
I did read that you need to re-do the crush sleeve and press bearings out, and another that says to just unbolt and then torque the bolt back +5lbs.
Is this something best left to a shop?

get the manual for your drive, follow the manual. you go to a bearing torque setting. so you also need a small in-line scale

you will need a new crush sleeve, new input shaft seal. I recommend a new thrust washer as well.
