What is the best way to check your tach for accuracy. I beleive mine is off at top end as I seen to hit around 4800 to 5000 max RPM when I should be turning and beleive I am around 5500 with a 12 pitch prop on a 20HP motor. I have a 5 pole OMC tach that was new old stock.:%
