Tach question

Does anyone know if they still make the plug in tachs for older Mariner/Merc control boxes?

You have the MerControl controller.

Here is the harness for it, $14 brand new. I bought one last year for my 1971 Merc 800.

One end plugs directly into the 3-pin plug on the front of the control box and you then need to connect the other end to your tach. Will most likely have to cut the existing connector off and put your own terminals on.

White wire = +12V
Brown wire = tach signal from motor
Black wire = gnd
