Tahoe 2010 Q5 SF leaning left on plane

Boat is level while stationary, installed smart trim tab but didn't help. left setting at med, wondering if I should move left side lower than right to compensate, not sure if it will cause any issue.

Is there any adjustment to motor, prop and so on to adjust?

any suggestion or idea? TIA

Trim the drive out a little.

Distribute deck weight evenly, If doesn't help, adjust the lower leg's trim tab if having one to the opposite side of the problem.

If none of the above helps then yes, adjust left tab down or right tab up.
