Taking Bets

Dragged the boat out last night to the driveway. Uncovered and tried to fire her up tonight. No spark whatsoever but other than checking the kill circuit darkness beat me to anything else.
Taking bets on what it is.

Weeeel, to pay for that party at your house last time you were out of town, we had to sell a few things off of the powerhead on ebay to pay for beer, since you rudely only left 8 cases for us.

Just got back in and have a running motor again
Lanyard switch U/S
Slipped back to work and found a small Honeywell unit that is just the job. Funny thing it showed good last night when I tested it. I think disturbing it to check the circuit kicked it back in when I tested it. Did the same thing tonight on the repeat test and after I "jiggled" things around a bit it failed !!
Problem solved I think and she is sounding great on the muffs.

By the way, I am off to China again on Monday so will make certain there is enough beer in the house !!!

1st guess- Reversed battery leads took out the rectifier

2nd guess- you don't actually own the boat and are unable to post photos of your boat but claim your boat is dead and it was put out to sea, hmmm

Better luck next time. I think the rat stayed away due to all the mothballs and Downy sheets !!
