I just keep having good luck with this boat! I tried to take it out the other day and got the noise described here: http://forums.iboats.com/showthread.php?t=414873

Then it starting just a "winding noise". So, I took the starter off and found that I had ground down a bunch of teeth on the flywheel. So now I'm taking the motor out to at least replace the flywheel and, hopefully, what caused it.

I don't know if it was hydro-lock, mis-aligned starter, bent shaft or what. Do you guys have any ideas? How about some tips on what to do/not to do to take the motor out? Thanks!
