Tandom Trailer issue

This issue just popped up out of no where. I have a Caravelle tandom trailer and for whatever reason both front wheels are no off the ground. The boat is on the trailer correctly...I have had the trailer all year and never had this issue. Is there anything someone can suggest for me to look into?

Just a few to get you started: Is the surface uniform under the wheels (no dip under front axle)? Is there 500# of water in the bilge? Are both front tires flat? Has the tongue weight changed?

A picture would help a lot...
Another place to look- are the spring equalizers frozen with the rear axle lower than the front one?

Are the spring equalizers in the right orientation?
If you have gone over a curb recently id guess they are not.
