If not for these revenue "enhancements", our illustrious leaders wouldn't be able to stuff bureaucracies with incompetents, supply us with and promote subsidized crack houses or ****** training in elementary schools or free medical care for illegals or,..<br /><br />you must be one of the evil "rich" who is so greedy that you want a tax break.
