yes the f26 is like liquid nails one tube didn't even fully cover the first two sheets together how the folks at the lumber store raved about how strong it was

I'll take you'r advice and pickup some tightbond, I know there are serval different types of tightbond, which one do you suggest?

I did observe a little bit of white coloration on the inside skin this is the only corrosion I've observed so far (remember the floor has been pulled up all the way to under hard top.

I threw the old transom into the Astro conversion van and am building glueing the three sheets together.

should the 5200 come in a caulk tube or a toothphaste type tube?

Engine hung, I have the ignition turning over engine w/ key, next will connect fuel/oil lines w/ earmuffs and water hose and attempt to start her up.

I can?t get engine to trim down (like it did before removing from donor boat) I do hear a groaning sound from the power trim pump, the engine has been lieing on the ground for a few months,when lifting it w/ a tractor boom it shotout a good amount of clear fuild maybe it came from the power trim pump? How is it?s fuild level checked?

All I have electrically connected so far is ignition,power to starter, couple gauges
Engine would?nt turnover until I connected the two yellow wires to the gearshift, haven?t connected any fuses/relays yet. Was planning to simplify wireing and use a fuse for each circuit, coming off a 12V block.

Haven?t connected throttle cable to hotfoot yet. I would prefer to connect to gearshift control unit is this possible?

I?m concerned about routeing the control,steering,throttle.
1.maybe it would be better to have the ultility tubes in the middle of spashwell instead of on the starboard side where I currentently have them?
Then aim the cables upward? Like is it possible to adjust the rack/pinion inlets upward instead of to the side?
