Ted Williams 7.5 Impeller question

I need to replace my impeller on a 7.5 Model # 574.60211. do I take off the lower unit to get to it or will I have to pull off the powerhead?

Someone sent me a link to some guy that makes impellers for aolder motors. I lost the link does anyone happen to know who this is ? Thanks
