Until recently, my 1985 DT55 Suzuke ran grate. Three days ago my temperature light that is accompanied with audible warning beeps did not cancel after 15 seconds as usual.
I checked to make sure the pee stream was strong and water was coming out of the exhaust indicating good water circulation.
Maybe it?s a false reading, I think, so I attempted to plane out. Motor sounds different, runs terrible and ?Over Rev? warning light comes on if I don?t reduce rpm?s.
Yesterday I replaced the water pump thinking a new pump might fix the problem. Turns out to be wasted money.
What is wrong with my Betsy?
