Hi,

Anybody have a part number for a Test prop for '82 115 HP Johnson? My in-law is looking for one for his motor. He said something about a "D4."

Thank you

Happy Boating,

Mas

Call BRP customer service at 1-262-884-5993 and ask them. They're not cheap if still available. You can always make one out of an old prop by cutting the blade tips off. Been there.

OMC back in the day sold test props to their dealers. Many variants were made and varied slightly to account for horsepower within the same product family. Here are some part numbers that will probably work on your engine: p/n 384933 115/125 hp. p/n 386246 135 (90/110 hp 86-88) The main difference between wheels in the same family was the WOT rpm that could be obtained by that hp engine. All are NLA, but are readily seen sold on places like ebay. These number used to be identified in OMC's Service Tool catalog.

Well, I called BRP today as recommended by Boobie. They told me PN 384933...so the admiral wins the prize!

Thank you...now just gotta find one.
