You can test the charge coil.----You can test the sensor coil.-----You can switch ignition coils.-------You can test the key switch.----You can test the kill switch.---Both coils did not fail.----Then you can decide whether powerpack needs replacement.----There is no method of tested the powerpack at home with a multi meter as far as I know.-----But then I have lots of powerpacks so swapping one out is easy for me as a test.
