Replaced the stator and trigger due to no spark. Now have spark and it starts up fine. Seems to take almost a full throw of the throttle to get the butterfly in the carb to move.
Took it out on the lake last night and pushed the throttle to the farthest fast position and the engine has about half the speed of normal. Could there be an adjustment I missed when replacing the stator and trigger?
Should the throttle linkage tower move in unison with the diver pushing the throttle down? It seems to only start to move when i have about 1/5 movement left in the drivers throttle control.
Thanks crew! you guys know your stuff!!
