The analysts submitted the budget to their managers saying, “This is one stinking crock of ****.” <br /><br />The managers brought the budget to the directors and said, “Here is the budget, but it is a bucket of excrement that smells to high heaven.” <br /><br />The directors met with the executives, telling them “Look, this budget is a container of manure with an extremely offensive odor.” <br /><br />The executives presented the budget to the Board, explaining, “Our budget is full of very strong-smelling fertilizer.”<br /><br />The Board held a press conference and announced, “This year’s plan is fertile ground, ripe with the sweet smell of success.”
