We had a cat born in the area a few years ago that was green. The cats actual fur was green, and it is still green to this day. They didn't specify if thats the case for the puppy. I've done a little searching and it seems that green cats are very rare, but it happens. It seems to happen with cats that would normally be a blonde color.....maybe the same thing with dogs?
