.......the hull on my Starcraft, she's a dirty girl and needs attention. I searched a bit and didn't really come up with a lot of responses for painted aluminium hulls. This looks like the right section, so fire away!

I would start with a dose of the works toilet cleaner and a pressure washer! Good luck!
