Spinner is dealing with some major personal/family business and is distracted.

He is okay, but iboats is not his top priority right now.

Spinner is dealing with some major personal/family business and is distracted.

He is okay, but iboats is not his top priority right now.

I'm happy to hear that he's okay, i do wish him all the best in his dealings and look forward to his return.

Well, JB is hanging in. Gonna start cardiac rehab in the next week or so but still have an aortic aneurism that should be repaired soon, or so the Doc tells me.

Not real sure that the physical costs of major abdominal surgery and convalescence are worth the rewards of reduced risk of sudden death from an aneurism rupture.

My descendants, of course, want me to do it and live forever. I merely want to live as long as life is good.

A good friend had the same thing repaired 10 years ago & he's still going strong. His grandkids are glad. It was tough, but so was he.

JB, fully understood. 20 years ago, they said i was a goner. for 5 years they had me on 16 prescriptions. it effected me in all ways. mentally and physically.

one day, i decided to quit taking the RX's. 2 weeks later I was in perfect health, clear headed, and had energy. told the MD, where to put his RX, and have been fine since. just take my BP meds, Vitamin, and Ibuprofen for arthritis.

quality of life is better than quantity of life in my view.

Every couple weeks I land line Spinner to check in on him. As jb said he has some issues he is dealing with and needs to focus on that. I am sure he will be back in due time when he feels the time is right. Glad to hear all is well with you jb. That 50"musky is still waiting for you at The Lake Of the Woods. Would like to be the netter when that happens.

I want to live Forever, like everybodyelse,....
As long as I'm reasonably Healthy in mind,+ body.....

When the day comes that I can't figure out which lever is the throttle,+ can't muster the strength to move it forward,....
That's the day I'll be ready,+ willing to pass the helm to another,....

I know you'll make the Right decision JB,.... It seems you always do..... Good Luck....
