Thermostats

I recently purchased a 2003 75hp 4 stroke (F75TLRB)
I am wondering if this motor utilizes a thermostat? I don't see one documented nor on the engine.
Would expect more consistent operation with one.

not only does it have a thermostat it has a pressure control valve that needs maint as well.

I see the thermostat (opens at 140), it's located on top of the head.
Also see the Pressure control valve located in the exhaust cover.
Ultimately I want to install a water temp gauge and am looking for a place to install the sending unit. I don't want to splice the hose running from the head to the exhaust cover.
