Well, since you bring it up, God's Beast, I miss saying the Pledge of Allegiance to The Flag without "under God" inserted.

Don't want folks to get the impression that it was always there. :)

Re: Things I miss!

You know, I am only 29, and I am starting to feel old because of some of things mentioned here.

*Having the local police threaten to tell Dad what you did, rather than take you to jail.
*Being able to work on car without a computer (or boat).
*Saturday morning cartoons (not citcoms).
*Not being locked out of the rec center and playing ball when you wanted to.
*When you had to actually had to ROLL down a window, not push a button.
*When a truck was a truck and used as such.
*When everyone had a gun and people did not tell you "You should not have guns in the house with those small children"
*When kids did not go on shooting sprees at school.
*When parents actually cared for their kids.

Okay, I will stop now. I just hate how many things are changing, and not for the better!!!

You know, I liked the dimmer switch on the floor too...but never got my feet stuck in the wheel.
