Things to ask of a service tech before and after winterization

Greetings all. I hope this year's boating season has been enjoyable for everyone! Here in the midwest, our boating season is starting to wrap-up so it's time to winterize my I/O. Thankfully, I'm not smart enough to do it myself so I am entrusting my local Volvo Penta dealer will do it right. What questions should I ask of them before and after they winterize it to make sure they do it right and don't forget anything?

Some places only change the oil in engine and outdrive pump it full of antifreeze and fog the engine.
Make sure they pull the outdrive grease the u joints and gimbal and inspect engine alignment.
I also like the impeller replaced annually (some guys will tell you every couple years)
The only thing you should have to do in the spring is hook up the battery.
