I received my Poly Gel Coat today with a Preval sprayer. Question is do I need to thin it and if so with what? I have read and seen, in pictures, good results thinning with acetone.
Any thoughts?
It's best to use products designed to reduce gel coat, but small amounts of acetone can be used to thin gel coat. Try to use less than 5%, much more can cause weathering and chalking problems.
