My question is about throttle and trim. As I motor down the lake I have to hold the throttle lever down or else it will slowly back off, back towards vertical or neutral. So I ride with my hand on it. The other thing that happens is once i get on plane, I have to use the trim switch to trim the motor up every 10 seconds or so, maybe more, to keep the boat on plane. If I just let the boat go, it will trim down and the throttle will back off. If I just don't use the trim, then you can hear the motor sound get deeper and deeper, so I dont judge when to flip the switch by MPH or anything, I just trim it to keep the sound consistant. How the heck do I fix this?
I have checked all the wires and made sure it was full of fluid. Thats all I really know to do. I cant find anything about it in my manual.
Thanks alot guys, I have a million questions and I really appreciate this forum. Every time one of you answers a question, It saves me a ton of time and money! Thanks alot!
